Yes. The Free tier is genuinely free forever — no credit card, no trial, no surprise charges. You get 1 site, unlimited manual scans, weekly automated monitoring, and 30 days of scan history. We make money from sites that need daily monitoring, file generators, and citation tracking — not from gating basic checks behind a paywall.

Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — no early termination fees. You always keep access to features you paid for until the period ends.

Your account and all your scan history stay accessible for 30 days after cancellation. After that, your data is permanently deleted (we don’t archive it). You can export everything as JSON or CSV anytime from your account settings.

The Pro plan includes 5 sites. If you need more, additional sites are $19/month each, billed on the same cycle as your subscription. There’s no hard cap — agencies running 50+ sites are welcome. Volume discounts kick in automatically at 25 and 100 sites.

Single-user accounts only at launch. Team and agency-tier features (multiple admins, role-based access, white-label reporting) are on the roadmap for v2. If you need team features urgently, drop us a line at hello@aiseolab.ai and we’ll factor your use case into the design.

Yes — the plugin itself is free and works with every tier. The difference is what it can do: on Free, the plugin is read-only (it shows your scores in the WP admin). On Plus and Pro, it can auto-deploy generated files (llms.txt, robots.txt, schema, etc.) directly to your site without you having to copy-paste anything.

We query the same answer engines real users do — checking whether your site appears in AI-generated answers for the questions you care about. Tracking runs daily, and we show 30-day trend lines. Currently supports Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and a curated set of public-facing answer engines. ChatGPT and Claude don’t expose stable APIs for this yet, so they’re not included.

If something’s genuinely broken or you upgraded by mistake, email hello@aiseolab.ai within 14 days and we’ll refund without asking questions. We’d rather have a happy ex-customer than an unhappy current one.
